Full Service Salon & Day Spa

Gift Certificates
Must be presented prior to receiving services. If it is not present, services cannot be rendered. Lost certificates cannot be redeemed nor replaced. Gift certificates expire one year from the date of original purchase.

Cancellations
We require 24-hours' notice for all cancellations and 1 week for rescheduling packages. (No-shows may be charged accordingly).

Returns
Gift certificates cannot be returned / refunded. If you are unsatisfied with any product, please return it, in its original package, for exchange only. There is a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.

Appointments
Please allow 4-6 weeks to be scheduled for packages. For individual appointments, 2 weeks is sufficient.

Group Events of 4 or More
We do require a credit card number and a 50% deposit. The deposit is only refundable if the cancellation occurs 48 hours in advance.

Pricing
All stylists / technicians are self-employed and have their own pricing structures. Please check with them when making appointments as prices do vary. Prices are subject to change at any time.
